Standard shipping rates will be applied toward the order sub-total of a single purchase shipped to one location. These rates are not valid for split orders, for orders to be shipped to multiple locations, or previous purchases. These rates are only valid toward shipments within the contiguous United States (Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories are not included).
Marklin Candle is pleased to offer our products to international customers beyond the contiguous United States. Although these orders cannot be placed via our website, please feel free to call us or email us with your order details.
Please be aware, any duties, customs, or other import related fees are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Marklin Candle will not be held responsible for any refused or held orders. Refused orders will not be refunded. Please contact our Sales/Customer Service for more information.
Fulfillment times will vary depending on location and product(s) ordered. Non-seasonal items will ship within 5-7 days unless otherwise specified. Seasonal items (i.e. Advent, Easter) will be delivered in time for their respective season unless otherwise specified. Please let us know if you are in need of your item(s) by a certain date and we will let you know if we cannot accommodate your request.
Advent and Easter orders placed up to 4 weeks before Advent or Easter are guaranteed for an Advent or Easter delivery respectively. Orders placed less than 4 weeks before Advent or Easter may incur expedited shipping charges. Most items are shipped directly from our facilities in Contoocook, New Hampshire.
