Please note that many of our candles and woodworking items are individually handcrafted to order and as such are not returnable.
For items eligible for return, please contact us at email@example.com for a Return Authorization. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where partial refunds may be granted. This includes any item not in its original condition, that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed via a credit memo or a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Only regular priced items may be returned. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Damaged or Defective items:
We will gladly replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 603-746-2211 to report a problem.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
