Your purchase of products from Marklin constitutes your agreement to follow these Terms and Conditions and to be bound by them. Marklin reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, without prior notice. We encourage you to review these Terms and Conditions whenever you purchase products from us.
Pricing: The prices displayed on marklincandle.com are in U.S. Dollars and are valid and effective only in the United States. All prices are subject to change without notice.
Shipping and Handling Fees: Our shipping and handling fees are intended to compensate our company for the cost of processing your order, handling, packing, and delivery of the products you purchase from Marklin. For more detailed information regarding shipping and handling please review our shipping information.
Lead Times: Most in stock products will ship from our facility within two to three business days. The lead times on our customized products may vary. Selected customized items, if ordered by noon EST, will be available to ship the next business day. Other customization may require 3 to 5 business days. Please refer to the product description for details on the lead times for these items. You will also be notified at time of checkout regarding the availability and lead time of the customized items in your order.
Wholesale Payment Terms:
Opening orders must be prepaid by Visa, MasterCard, cashiers check or money order. Net 30 terms are available with approved credit. A credit application with sufficient trade and bank references must be submitted for credit approval. Past due invoices will be charged an interest at the rate of 2 % per month on any unpaid balance. Customer agrees to pay all collection costs and attorney fees, as well as interest at the rate of 2% per month on any unpaid balance. A $25 fee will be charged for any returned checks.
Returns:
Please examine your order upon arrival for any discrepancies. If you need to return an item please call our Customer Service Center at 1-877-MARKLIN (1-877-627-5546) to obtain a return authorization number and specific instructions regarding your return. Since each customized item is made to order they are not returnable. We do, however, unconditionally guarantee our workmanship.
No returns will be accepted without our return authorization number and must be returned with appropriate packing material. Any return shipped and received back to Marklin broken or damaged because of inadequate packing material will not be credited.
Damage Claims:
We go to great lengths to ensure that your product reaches you safely. Despite our efforts, there are times when our products are damaged during transit.
Please inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival. Items should be taken out of their box completely and thoroughly examined for damage. Used items cannot be replaced. Damage claims must be reported within seven (7) days of delivery. Please note that damaged items will need to be picked up by the shipper in their original packaging.
Unfortunately, U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail shipments are not insurable. Therefore Marklin cannot accept any responsibility for US Postal Service shipments including those shipments sent to P.O. Boxes.
